We joined this site on sat. Oct 10 with a lifetime membership for $35. Our account was charged 3 fees fior a total of $105. We have sent numerous mail messages to the admin, and called the 877 number about a hundred times. NO ONE responds or answers...ever! They just cut you off after 3 and a half minutes. We no longer want our membership and just wish to get our money back. Please refund our money and you will never hear from us again....Thank you.

They may not be responding because their profile states they are in North Las Vegas..
That suggests they may be on vacation as they live in California.
Just an observation..
i am sure they will take care of the situation when they are able.
so, have some fun while you here.. you may just stay

I WOULD GIVE IT TIME. THEY ARE USUALLY ATTENTIVE TO THE NEEDS OF EVERYONE. WHY LEAVE SO SOON? STICK AROUND AND HAVE SOME FUN!

We have met the site owners numerous times and they are good peeps. I am sure they do not intend to rip you off just a techno glitch.

We've found the Admin's to be especially responsive. They have always been very customer friendly and willing to accommodate most anything.

I'm gonna go with Wershi. If they're currently stating they're in Vegas, they're prolly on vacation and just can't be reached at this time. Normally they're very responsive and more than happy to help ASAP.

I certainly cannot blame you for being concerned. I would be too if I as in your situation.

I have been a member for a number of years now and I personally have not had any trouble, but I have seen in forums that people have troubles with delays, and as near as I can tell, it is because they are a small company with only a couple employees.

I am also a member on another much larger site and they seem to me more attentive to membership needs, but then again the cost of their service for just one month can be as much as it is for a lifetime membership to swingular.

I believe, like HELLO_KITTY12984 and WERSHI, that they are away and will tend to it when they get back....Perhaps that's not the best way to do business, but I do believe that the owner of this site is not looking to double bill or do any other unethical business practices.

We have been trying to change ours to couple to from single male for about a year now and I keep getting the run around also so I am not sure what to say about it. But good luck and hope you guys stay and have some fun.

We have also sent the admin's emails with no reply's. Frustrating to say the least. Its a site we pay money for they should be more on top of things. And the admin's profile has said they were in vegas from the time we signed up on this site. If their on vacation for 3 months maybe they should check in a little more often. Hmmm?
